Mark Downie is the CEO of TRAPfrica and manages G TEMPOH — OG Picasso & G’Latto — the first American (Ghanaian) Afrobeats Duo. He is executive producing OG Picasso’s upcoming mixtape “TRAPfrican Love Stories”  and executive producing on Grammy Award Winning Producer, LeriQ’s upcoming Nigerian/South African/Ghanaian collaboration album “AVC (African Valuables Collective): Ikare  Vol. 1” on which G TEMPOH and TENI The Entertainer will be featured.

Mark, a producer/creator of independent film and commercial television, is also a founding partner of Battery Park Entertainment (BPE). His critically acclaimed & award-winning fictional and documentary feature film credits include: “Exposed” starring Keanu Reeves and Ana De Armas (Lionsgate); “Hundred Percent” starring Tamlyn Tomita (Pathfinder); “Franchesca Page” starring Rossy de Palma (Excelsior Cinematografica); “Escape from China” (International Emmy Nominated Best Documentary/Cinema Guild); and Soundtrack for a Revolution (PGA & WGA nominated, Oscar Best Documentary shortlist, Cannes Film Festival official international premiere/WildBunch). 

From 1996 - 2011, Mark sat as a judge for the International Emmy Awards of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences; the Student Academy Awards of the Association of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences; served as an advisor to Tribeca Film Institute’s TFI Network; and presently serves on the Advisory Board for the alumni Brown Media Group. Mark earned his B.A. in Modern Culture & Media from Brown University and is represented by the United Talent Agency (UTA).

Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay is the President & amp; Chief Operating Officer of Moviefone Media LLC. In

this role, he is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, digital content and business

development.

Prior to joining Moviefone Media, Mr. Lindsay served as Chief Executive Officer of MediaCo

Holding, owner of the iconic HOT 97 and WBLS in New York City.

Before that he spent almost 10 years at Urban One, where he ran sales for TV One and iOne

Digital, in addition to its cross platform division, One Solution and its branded content studio,

One X. He has also had stints at Viacom (now Paramount) and BET. He began his career at

Leo Burnett advertising in Chicago.

A graduate of Brown University, Rahsan has been recognized by CableFax Magazine as one of

the Top 100 Most Influential Minorities in Cable. He is also the co-vice chair of the board of

directors for The Brotherhood-Sister Sol, a nonprofit, youth development organization in New

York City, and also serves on the board of the International Radio & Television Society.

Hugh Edward "Ed" Young Jr. is the owner of Universal Health Screener, NFT.HipHop/HipHop.NFT and the co-founder of FineArt.HipHop. He seeks to bring the promise of blockchain and its democratized economy and interaction to the world of music from Hip Hop to Classical.

Ed has worked across industries, from early success as the co-founder/co-owner of The Source magazine, started when he was a Harvard undergrad, to the music industry, to water treatment and now health technology, cultural arts institutions and NFTs.

Ed's work has required him to develop a knack for uniting high-profile individuals across the arts, publishing, finance, music, sports, politics, faith-based, and popular culture arenas. This ability to unite diverse stakeholders—some with conflicting goals—is a skill that he seeks to utilize to bring positive outcomes to the world.

Also, as Senior Advisor to The Hip Hop Museum opening in The Bronx in 2025, Mr. Young has worked with his personal and professional network to establish partnerships and initiatives with Microsoft, MIT's Advanced Virtuality Lab, Google, Youtube, and the Vatican.

Jan Planit is an industry expert and accomplished executive in the talent management field. For more than two decades Jan has played a pivotal role in the multi-billion dollar fashion and modeling industry. Jan's career was focused initially on the founding and growth of NEXT Model Management, followed by the turnaround and development of IMG Model's brand as Executive Vice President, helping both become two of the most recognized and successful modeling agencies in the world. Since 2004, Jan has been consulting diverse clients focused in the areas of modeling, advertising, music, photography, and fashion. Her role focuses on talent management, negotiating and managing celebrity contracts for beauty brands, and business development.

Jan is actively involved with Solving Kid's Cancer serving as a co-host for the yearly gala, fundraising and volunteering. She also supports Gabrielle's Angel Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
